Important: All audio processing is performed entirely within your web browser (client-side). Your audio files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. We do not have access to your audio content at any time.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.
4. Free and Pro Plans
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides access to the Audio Converter and the Editor at no cost for an unlimited period. No credit card is required.
4.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan costs €10.00 per month and provides access to all tools, including the Voicer and the Effector. A 3-day free trial is available for new users, with no credit card required during the trial period.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. You will retain access to all Free plan features.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, and view invoices from your account page.
No Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Given that a free 3-day trial is available for all new users to evaluate the full Pro experience before committing to a paid subscription, we do not issue refunds for any billing period, whether partial or complete.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
(a) Use the Service to process, distribute, or create any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
(b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any of its tools.
(c) Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access, scrape, or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
(d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
(e) Share, resell, or redistribute access to Pro features to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any audio files and content you process using our tools. We claim no rights or licenses to your content.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only personal data we collect and store is your email address and password (stored securely in hashed form) for the purpose of account authentication.
Since all audio processing takes place in your browser, we have no access to, and do not collect, store, or process, any audio files or content that you work with using our tools.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process payments through Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeltaX and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to DeltaX in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
