DeltaX Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website deltax.gr and the DeltaX Studio application available on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our audio tools and services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account or subscribe to DeltaX Pro, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. This information is necessary to manage your account and provide access to Pro features.
Payment Information: Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, bank details, or any financial information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

2. How Your Audio and Video Files Are Handled
Your files and your privacy are extremely important to us. Different tools in DeltaX Studio handle files differently:
On-Device Processing (your files never leave your device):
- DeltaX Editor – All audio editing, recording, cutting, and mixing is performed entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API. Your audio files are never uploaded to our servers.
- DeltaX Voicer – All voice enhancement, AI Magic analysis, noise reduction, de-reverb, EQ, dynamics processing, and export happen entirely on your device. No audio data is transmitted to any server.
- DeltaX Effector – All audio effects (reverb, delay, chorus, pitch shift, etc.) are applied locally in your browser. Your audio stays on your device.
- DeltaX Converter – All format conversions (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, M4A) are performed on your device using browser-based encoding. No files are uploaded.
Server-Side Processing (temporary upload required):
- DeltaX Video ReSound – When you export a processed video, the original video file and the mastered audio are temporarily uploaded to our server for remuxing (combining the original video with the new audio track). The processed file is made available for you to download. All uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically deleted from our server within one hour of processing. We do not retain, review, share, or use your video or audio content for any purpose other than completing the requested processing.
